We just closed on our new home at The Sea Ranch with the assistance of Rosie Iversen at Coldwell Banker Coastal Properties. Our experience with Rosie was fantastic. We first met Rosie in 2010 when we purchased our first Sea Ranch home. From the start, she embraced my husband, our two kids, and me like family.
